A family house above Bol
Apartmani Sarbunal is a family house in Bol, on the sunny south coast of Brač, run by the Bačić family. Across the ground floor and the first floor there are six modern, air-conditioned apartments, three on each floor, every one with its own interior design.
Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace with seating and a view of the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a free parking space at the house. Guests share a landscaped Mediterranean garden.
The supermarket and good local restaurants are just 100 metres away, the town centre is a five-minute walk, and Zlatni Rat beach is about 25 minutes on foot.

The house
Stone, greenery and the evening sun
The house stands on the edge of Bol, among olive trees and Mediterranean greenery, with Vidova Gora rising behind it and the Hvar channel in front. From the balconies and terraces you look out over the rooftops of Bol to the sea.
Every apartment has its own parking space at the house, so arriving by car is easy, and in the evening the sun sets over the sea.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, only outdoors on the balconies and terraces.
How much does an apartment cost?
Direct-booking prices for 2025 run from €40 per night (Studio A2 on the ground floor in spring) to €145 per night (Apartment A4 on the first floor in high season), per apartment. The season runs from mid-April to mid-October. Tourist tax is included.
